4 Steps to Flawless Packaging
1. Molding
Everything starts with the perfect cavity. Using our advanced servo-driven system, the bottom film (typically PVC, PVDC, or Aluminum) is fed into the machine and heated to an optimal, consistent temperature. It is then molded into precise blisters using compressed air and a perfectly calibrated die. Whether you require standard thermoforming for general products or ultra-tight cold forming for highly moisture-sensitive pharmaceuticals, our machine guarantees uniform depth and wall thickness every time.
2. Loading
Once the blisters are formed, they move seamlessly to the filling station. This is where speed meets surgical precision.
